What are the eligibility criteria for mobility beneficiaries ?

For France → Canada/Québec projects : 

• be between the ages of 18 and 35 on December 31, 2025
• be of French nationality or resident in France for more than a year 

For Canada/Québec → France projects : 

• be between the ages of 18 and 35 on December 31, 2025
• be of Canadian nationality or have the permanent resident status
