What projects are eligible ?

Eligible projects must involve international mobility between France and Canada/Québec and take one of the following forms : 

• cultural cooperation (collaboration, co-creation)
• implementation of an artistic project in the other territory (residency program, filming, recording, etc.)

Projects can concern any cultural sector: architecture, visual arts, plastic arts, digital arts, audiovisual, circus, dance, design, crafts, literature, publishing, music, theater, etc.  

Simple projects of diffusion, study trips and insertion projects are not eligible.
