Odyssart"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OFQJ - the France-Qu\u00e9bec Youth Office - renews its Odyssart call for projects with the support of the DRG Foundation, a cultural exchange program between France and Canada\/Qu\u00e9bec for young artists and arts and culture professionals aged 18 to 35.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This call for projects is aimed at artists affiliated with an organisation wishing to carry out a professional project including mobility between France and Canada\/Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible projects can concern any cultural sector: architecture, visual arts, plastic arts, digital arts, audiovisual, circus, dance, design, crafts, literature, publishing, music, theater, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projects can take the following forms :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cultural cooperation (collaboration, co-creation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>implementation of an artistic project in the other territory (residency program, filming, recording, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simple projects of diffusion, study trips and insertion projects <strong>are not eligible.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OFQJ does not assist with finding partner organisations or directly building the class=\"has-inline-color has-tertiary-color\"><strong>Project submission<\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By submitting and\/or responding to the call for projects, the project leader and associated candidates accept OFQJ - France-Qu\u00e9bec Youth Office's general terms and the present rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A French-speaking dimension is mandatory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A partner must be involved in the mobility territory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project can be individual or collective, but must be led by an organisation headquartered in France or Canada\/Qu\u00e9bec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project must promote the emergence of young creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les participants \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 35 ans r\u00e9volus \u00e0 la date du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2026 (les participants de plus de 35 ans au 1<sup>,<\/sup> janvier 2027, ou atteignant l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 36 ans en 2027, sont accept\u00e9s si leur nombre n\u2019exc\u00e8de pas 20% du nombre total de participants)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one request for financial support per project leader and\/or organisation is eligible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La ou les mobilit\u00e9s entre la France et le Canada\/Qu\u00e9bec doivent \u00eatre planifi\u00e9es en 2027<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A strategy for diffusion of the project must be presented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requested funding must not exceed 70% of the total project budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project must fall into one of the following categories: cultural cooperation or implementation of a project in the other territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility criteria for mobility beneficiaries for projects from Canada\/Qu\u00e9bec to France :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoir entre 18 et 35 ans r\u00e9volus \u00e0 la date du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be of Canadian nationality or have the permanent resident status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-tertiary-color\"><strong>Project assessment<\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project assessment conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After checking the admissibility of applications, the documents will be examined by OFQJ - France-Qu\u00e9bec Youth Office. In particular, the following elements will be examined:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The quality of the initiative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The relevance of the objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The innovative nature of the project (social, environmental)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The impact of the project on career path<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The emergence of consolidation of a new, long-term Franco-Canadian\/Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois partnership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If applicable, the relevance of the diffusion strategy to reach the target audience(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All else being equal, projects involving a larger number of participants in the mobility will be given priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required documents<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online form (presentation of the project, details of beneficiaries, planning and implementation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimated budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter of commitment from one or more partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any document presenting the project and\/or the host organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-tertiary-color\"><strong>Project funding<\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Amount of support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount granted per project ranges from a minimum of \u20ac20,000 to a maximum of \u20ac30,000.<br>The amount of support granted by OFQJ - France-Qu\u00e9bec Youth Office will not represent more than 70% of the total budget.<br>OFQJ - France-Qu\u00e9bec Youth Office reserves the right to award all or part of the grant requested for selected projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligible expenses<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expenses must be directly related to the project :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>International transport between France and Canada\/Qu\u00e9bec in economy class<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa fees and administrative expenses related to the mobility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transportation costs within France and Canada\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Travel to project-related meetings (subway, train, bus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Car or minibus rental if needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation with invoice (hotel, apartment rental - no valuation of accommodation will be accepted)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project communication costs with invoice if carried out by an external service provider (excluding internal valuation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Artistic project production costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expenses related to the organisation of events (excluding personal expenses) to support the creation of the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excess baggage fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fees, salaries and other personnel expenses accepted up to 50% of the grant amount requested<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indirect expenses up to a maximum of 5% of direct project expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voluntary contributions up to a maximum of 5% of total budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any expenses not included in this list must be agreed in advance with France-Qu\u00e9bec Youth Office. Only actual expenses will be considered when examining the final reports. In order to verify the accuracy of expenses incurred, copies of invoices may be requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-eligible expenses<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operating and investment expenses (excluding the supported project)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel expenses for trips outside France and Canada\/Qu\u00e9bec<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Indicative terms of payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Down payment of 70% on signature of agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Balance of 30% paid on presentation of activity and financial report, not later than February 15, 2027<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-tertiary-color\"><strong>Project report on return<\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pieces to be supplied for the report and payment of the balance of the support :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A report detailing the benefits of the activity for the beneficiaries and for Franco-Canadian \/ Franco-Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois cooperation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed project program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents and tools for communicating and promoting the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of participants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial statement including all project-related expenses, listed in full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OFQJ -
